How to Use:
- Open Package: Expose the pad to air.
- Heat Activation: The pad will heat up within 20 minutes.
- Apply: Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and apply to the required body area.
- Duration: Wear for 20-30 minutes. If the pad gets too hot, remove it immediately.
- Dispose: Once the pad cools down, gently peel it off and discard. Do not use for longer than 12 hours within a 24-hour period.
Warnings:
- Caution: If the pad becomes too hot or irritation occurs, remove it immediately. Do not microwave.
- Safety Information: Supervision is required when using this product on the elderly, children, physically disabled, or handicapped individuals. Do not use more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
- Usage Restrictions: Do not use on infants, frostbitten or desensitized skin, while sleeping, or on bruising or swelling that has occurred within the last 48 hours. Check your skin periodically for any signs of irritation.
- Keep Out of Reach: Keep out of reach of small children. Do not eat.
- Compatibility: Do not use with medicated lotions, creams, gels, ointments, or in combination with other heating devices.
- Consult Your Doctor: If you are diabetic, have poor circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
- For External Use Only: Do not puncture the pad. In case of accidental eye contact with contents, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of ingestion, consult a poison control center immediately.
